Great White Wildlife Rig Mark II
This is my wildlfe photography rig as of July, 2017.
Those who have followed my work since 2012 may have noticed that wildlife photography (particularly big cats) has become a passion of mine.
In my part of the world, wildlife photography opportunities are unfortunately not as frequent as those for other photographic pursuits, but when the time comes, I like to ensure I have the right equipment which will maximise my potential.
Lenses: Canon EF 400mm f/2.8L IS USM, Canon EF 300mm f/2.8L IS USM and Canon EF 200mm f/2L IS USM.
Cameras: Canon EOS 5D Mark IV (with Canon BG-E20 battery grip) and Canon EOS 5D Mark II.
Telephoto extenders: Canon Extender EF 2x II and Canon Extender EF 1.4x II.
With these lenses and tele-converters, I have the 200mm, 280mm, 300mm, 400mm, 420mm, 560mm, 600mm and 800mm focal lengths covered, all of which are ideal for wildlife photography.
