Thirty Seconds Before Sunrise
On our fourth day in the Maasai Mara region of south-west Kenya, we headed out early to photograph an acacia tree at sunrise.
On this particular morning we were greeted with some pleasing conditions, and in the very few seconds left before the sun peeked over the horizon, I captured this image of an iconic acacia tree on the Mara plains.
A topi can also be seen on the plains, grazing and awaiting the warmth of the rising sun.
